Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the lighting fixtures in their original boxes, ensuring all mounting hardware and protective internal padding are included to prevent transit damage.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned lights, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
